Life's twists and turns
I was born in a dusty mining town in Dhanbad, which then used to be in the infamous state of Bihar. Of course now it is a part of Jharkhand. As a child I had great dreams of making it big. But as luck would have it, I ended up studying mining and was relegated by fate to work in the same place I was born. Those three years that I worked in a coal mine, my dreams seemed distant and impossible. However, the subsequent ten years proved things otherwise. I was forced by circumstances to sever my last connection with the town I was born, and after hurtling across Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai, I have finally reached Delhi. Life seems to have come full circle.
